THE DAY THE CAMERAS DIED!!

What the heck? We captured Casper yesterday with no issues. Today Sami woke up and the cameras had stopped working. Not just one camera, but both cameras. The one in the living room and the one in her bedroom. Both plugged in to different power sources, both dead. Unable to reconnect, unable to log in. No power surges, no power outs that we know of, and the electrical outlets they were plugged in to are working properly. We tried plugging in other accessories with no issues. How does that happen Or is it our imagination, hmm? And consider this dismaying observation: They both died at the same time, which offers you this chilling challenge: to figure it out! Of course, it could be Casper!

No cameras? We can't have that. So Sami went out and purchased a new pair of cameras. To be honest, I wasn't sure if the images we were getting would only be seen on the previous cameras, and we may or may not get any more images. Maybe it was some strange anomaly or defect with the cameras that were causing the images to appear?

Sami set up the new cameras in both rooms. They have some nice features the other cameras did not have. 1080p HD, night vision, motion and sound sensitivity controls, 130 degree wide view, app control and minimum 15 second records instead of the 6 seconds she had with the other cameras. One of the best features is they offer free iCloud recordings, so she doesn't have to pay for the service any more.

At 9:49p, Sami was in her bedroom with Lizzie watching TV. The new living room camera captured Casper at the top left corner, shooting up from left to right.

Well, what do you know, guess it doesn't matter which camera we have. We'll still be able to capture Casper on it. So stay tuned!
